Mexican Salsa (Robin's Recipe)

Easy Mexican Salsa (Robin's Recipe) 

For the Salsa

3 - Red Onions
3 - Capsicum
3-4 - Green Chilly
3-4 - Tomatos
Bunch of Green Coriander (Dhaniya)
1 American Corn Kernels to be taken off the cob
1 Spoon Garlic Paste
4-5 Spoons of Tomato Ketchup
2 Spoons of Sugar powder / Honey
Salt to taste
1/2 Spoon - Black Pepper
2 Spoons of Vinegar
Red Chilly Flakes (Depends on yr taste)
1 Spoon Oregano Powder

Method
Cut the Onion, Capsicum, Green Chilly, Tomato, Coriander finely,take the Corn Kernels off the cob and put everything in a non metal container, add the Garlic paste, Tomato ketchup, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Vinegar, Chilly Flakes, Oregano powder and mix well, leave in the fridge to chill for some time. Serve with Nacho Chips.

This is an all time Favorite Recipe and is finished like hot cakes when ever friends come over. This can be made before hand and stored, stays in the fridge for 3-4 Days, the thing is that is does not last that long any which ways.....Lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
