Vegetable-Cheese Franky

VEGETABLE CHEESE FRANKY

Heavy Snack for those times that u want something with cheese in it and is quick to make.

For the Filling.
Cabbage
Carrot
Green onion - Filling and Assembly.
Red onion
Capsicum
Green chilly
Chilly sauce
Sugar
Red Chilly Powder
Salt to taste
Tomato ketchup
Black pepper.
Grated Cheese for Assembly

Grate cabbage, carrot on a grater, cut capsicum, red and green onion in medium slices, take a little oil in a pan and saute the veges till the mixture is dry, add Chilly sauce, Salt, Red Chilly, Sugar and Black pepper and Tomato ketchup and cook for a while take off the gas and keep aside and cool.

For the Rotis.
Maida
Wheat Flour
Oil
Salt
Water

In a bowl make a soft dough out of the following above ingredients and rest for a while and make rotis and keep aside covered so they do not dry out.

Final Assembly of the Franky.

On a tava put some oil and place a roti on top, layer the roti with cheese, the filling and green onion, put another roti on top and grill from both sides till nice and crisp, cut into desired sizes and serve with Tomato Ketchup.

This is an all time favorite snack and can be made quickly.

This method can be used to put any leftover vegetables or salads inside the roti and grilled.
